Reserve Your Date Now
To reserve your date please do the following:
1. Email me the time and date of your ceremony, including rehearsal time and date. I will check my calendar and respond within two business days.
2. Download and fill out the personal information form.
3. Download and fill out the Officiant’s Contract.
4. Once you receive email confirmation of your date, mail both forms along with the deposit to:
